Dear Fractal Community,
We're thrilled to announce the recipients of our Season 1 Ecosystem Grants!
First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all who participated. The level of innovation and dedication we've seen is truly inspiring. We received a total of 103 applications for this season and enjoyed reviewing every application.
All grant recipients in Season 1 will receive 5,000 FB each, with a total pool of 50,000 FB for Season 1.

🔍 Our Evaluation Process
As a reminder, Fractal grants are retroactive, rewarding projects that have already demonstrated real impact in the ecosystem.
Our evaluation framework considers both development progress and community engagement, using a tiered scoring system that assesses factors such as code contributions, technical adoption, scalability milestones, and community outreach.

While we keep the specific scores private to ensure fair evaluations, you can be sure that we're looking for projects that truly push the boundaries of what's possible in the Fractal ecosystem.

☃️ Season 2 Grants Now Open
Fractal Ecosystem Grants Season 2 applications are now open from October 15, 2024 to December 15, 2024. You can submit your applications at the link here. The final list of recipients will be announced at the end of December.
Going forward, ecosystem grant applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis. We may announce ad hoc grants as projects reach certain milestones (such as launch or expansion), ensuring that we can support them in a timely fashion. We also encourage teams to apply for grants multiple times as they hit new milestones and demonstrate ongoing impact.
There is no fixed number of projects that we will look to reward for Season 2. Keep building — we look forward to reviewing your applications!
